When only a number is holding me back.

Alright, good news. No weight gain.
[no cheesecake. lol.]

I actually lost that one pound I gained. Woop.

I would love to just beat the 170 mark. I have not been able to be less than 170 for about half a year now.

I think if I just see that I'm 169, it'll keep me motivated. So, that is what I'm striving for.

Wish me luck!

OK Lizzy, you didn't eat cheesecake. What if you did? That isn't the only thing that adds to the weight. You are just fixed on sweets. Try substituting something. Try an apple, or an orange. Or if you eat that cheesecake, then don't eat that sandwich. Are you calorie counting? You should be looking at total intake, not just one item. Your weight loss battle will be life long dear. You, like me will always have to be vigilant. I know. I used to be 160 pounds many years ago. So you are in the "Battle of The Bulge." You are not the only one struggling with this. Here is the big difference, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. That's good. Do it more for your health, and for your well being. Everything else will fall into place. One more thing, pray and ask God for the wisdom to make the correct choices. Don't give up, and don't give in. We are in, "The Battle Of The Bulge."

Hey Lizzy, I have been checking in on your blog to see how you are progressing. I haven't seen anymore posts as of late. I don't know why you stopped. Perhaps you are depressed. Maybe you are busy. However, I am checking to see if you are progressing in your weight campaign. Dear you don't know who will read your blog and feel inspired to keep on keeping on. Keep at it. Don't get discouraged.
